The best way to contact us is directly through the chat section on the main homepage of our website. This comes straight through to us instantly and is often the quickest way to get a response. The chat also includes helpful information and quick links that can direct you to the right place if you’re looking for specific details — perfect for simple questions or order updates.
You can also reach us by using the email addresses provided or through the Contact section on our website — both of these are regularly monitored and ideal for order queries, product questions, or general support.
While you can message us via social media, please note that these platforms aren’t checked as frequently. If your query is important or time-sensitive, we strongly recommend using the website chat or email as your first point of contact, so we can help you as quickly as possible.
📿What types of jewellery do you sell?
At LBH Jewellery (Loved By Hayley), I hand-pick a mix of styles — from fashion jewellery to timeless 925 sterling silver and elegant gold-plated pieces. I also offer stainless steel and titanium steel designs, and I’m growing a range of waterproof, tarnish-free, and hypoallergenic jewellery.
💎 Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes — we do offer hypoallergenic jewellery, and we’re continuously expanding that range so more of our pieces are suitable for sensitive skin.
Materials such as sterling silver, stainless steel, and titanium steel are excellent choices if you’re looking for jewellery that’s less likely to cause irritation. However, it’s important to remember that even hypoallergenic jewellery can still cause a reaction in some individuals — everyone’s skin type and sensitivities are different.
All materials and product descriptions are clearly detailed on both our website and during our Lives, so please make sure to read them carefully and ask any questions before placing your order.

💎 Will My Jewellery Tarnish?
Over time, all jewellery has the potential to tarnish — that’s simply the nature of metals and everyday wear. A lot of it comes down to how you care for and store your pieces.
Different materials require different levels of care: stainless steel and titanium steel are naturally more resistant, while our growing waterproof and tarnish-free range is designed to last even longer. However, even these ranges may not last forever, as it truly depends on how you care for and store your jewellery.
We always recommend storing your jewellery in anti-oxidation bags or pouches, as even natural air exposure and everyday products — like room sprays, perfumes, lotions, and humidity — can affect pieces over time.
That’s exactly why we’ve created a dedicated Jewellery Care section, filled with practical tips, and a Myth Busting section to clear up common misunderstandings about different materials. Both are there to help you keep your pieces sparkling for longer — and you might even learn a thing or two along the way. ✨
📌 Where to find it:

🌏Do you ship across the UK?
Yes! I currently ship across the UK only, and I also offer local pickup if you’re nearby — you’ll see the option at checkout.
In the future, I’m looking into expanding shipping to other countries, so watch this space!
📮How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched to the delivery company within 1–3 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the option you select at checkout, but most UK orders arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
If you need your jewellery sooner than the delivery options available at checkout, please feel free to contact me directly and I’ll see if I can help. Due to logistics I can’t always guarantee faster delivery, but where possible I’ll do my best. Please note that this may come at an additional cost.
Do you accept returns?
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described.
📩 To start a return, please email returns@lbhjewellery.com with your order number and details of the issue. Please do not send your item back without contacting me first — I won’t be able to process items returned without authorisation, and this may mean you won’t receive your refund.
Because LBH Jewellery is a small business, I don’t accept returns for change of mind or if you simply no longer want the item. The following are also non-refundable:

🔄️How to Request a Return
If you need to request a return, please contact us first at returns@lbhjewellery.com with your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the issue.
Once received, we’ll review your request and confirm whether your item qualifies for a return. If it does, we’ll provide full instructions on how to send it back.
Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging (if authorised). Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.
That said, we’re always happy to help and will work with you to find the best solution — because at the end of the day, we want every customer to feel happy with their LBH Jewellery experience. 💕
📏 What Sizes Are Your Chains, Bracelets, or Rings?
Not every product description currently lists lengths or sizes, though most recent listings do. If you’re ever unsure, just drop us a message through the website chat (on the homepage) with a clear description or screenshot of the product, and we’ll be happy to check this information for you.

We also offer a ring sizer, available to order through the website to help you find your perfect fit. 💍
💧Is your jewellery safe for daily wear and water?
It depends on the material. Fashion jewellery, gold-plated jewellery, and sterling silver should be kept away from water, perfumes, lotions, air fresheners, and similar products to keep them looking their best.
Stainless steel, titanium steel, and my growing waterproof/tarnish-free range are much more resistant and can handle daily wear better.

🧧Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! LBH Jewellery digital gift cards are available in different amounts and make the perfect present if you’re not sure what to choose. They can be purchased directly through the website and used across my collections.
Digital gift cards can also be printed off — and sometimes it’s fun to get creative and present them in your own way.
In the future, I hope to offer physical LBH Jewellery gift cards, but for now, the digital option is quick, easy, and ready to use.
🔎What’s the best way to find what I’m looking for on the website?
The easiest way is to use the search bar at the top of the website. Simply type in what you’re looking for and the matching products will appear.
For example:

Searching “tarnish-free” will show you jewellery from my tarnish-free range.

Searching “gold-plated necklace” will bring up the gold-plated designs currently in stock.
You can also browse by collection — like Earrings, Bracelets, Necklaces, or Rings — through the menu at the top of the homepage. Or, if you scroll down, you’ll find those collections linked on the main homepage too.
👉 Tip: If you can’t see everything, click “View All” and it will bring up the full collections.
🛒Can I shop with you on TikTok?
Yes! I go live on TikTok several times a week to share new pieces, run mystery bag games, and connect with you in real time. You can join the fun through the TikTok link on my website.
🎁Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at the moment — but it’s something I’m looking into for the near future.
I do, however, offer gift boxes (stock permitting), which you can purchase through the website for a small additional cost. Some pieces already come with a free box, so please check the product description before adding one to your order.
📦Can I send jewellery as a gift directly to someone else?
Yes! You can send jewellery straight to someone else by entering a different shipping address at checkout.
⚠️ However, a different shipping address can sometimes flag up on my system. That’s why I always ask that you contact me via the chat button or email me sales@lbhjewellery.com first to let me know it’s a gift order. This way I can double-check everything matches up correctly, remove any invoices, and make sure your gift arrives smoothly and ready to surprise.
