📦 Shipping Policy for LBH Jewellery
Processing Times
All orders take [1-3 business days] to be processed (excluding weekends and holidays) before being posted via your chosen delivery service. After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

UK Standard Shipping: (Estimated delivery: 2-4 business days) however please be aware that shipping times are outside of our control and are down to the delivery company themselves.

🎄 Christmas Delivery Information 2025 🎄
If you’re ordering for Christmas, please pop your order in by Friday 12 December 2025 and choose the Christmas Delivery Upgrade at checkout.
It’s sent with a faster Royal Mail service that aims to arrive before Christmas — but as always, I can’t promise exact delivery dates once it’s in their hands.
Orders placed with standard delivery after Friday 6 December might arrive a little later due to Christmas postal delays and my usual processing time of up to three working days before dispatch.
Anything ordered after 12 December will still be posted as quickly as possible, but may not arrive in time for the big day.
✨ Between 22 December and 2 January, I’ll still be packing and posting, just a little less often while I take a short festive break from TikTok Lives and socials.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number you can use to check its status.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
LBH Jewellery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@lbhjewellery.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and help you to liaise with the delivery company.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when you place your order. We cannot change the address once the order is shipped.
