Thank you for shopping with LBH Jewellery. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
- We accept returns for faulty or damaged items within 14 days of delivery, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for customer error, change of mind, or for items excluded due to hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings). Faulty items in these categories may still be returned.
- To start a return, please email returns@lbhjewellery.com. Do not send items back without prior approval, as we cannot process your refund without it.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Please note: original delivery fees are non-refundable. If your parcel is delayed or lost in transit, please contact the courier directly as this is beyond our control.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are damaged or defective on arrival.
- Clear photos of the damage/defect must be provided.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please contact us at returns@lbhjewellery.com to arrange an exchange.
